Complimentary standard shipping applies when your order meets the minimum spend for your region (e.g. HK$800 for Hong Kong, US & UK; HK$1,500 for Asia Pacific and other destinations). Below the threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Manufacturing defects under normal use are covered by our lifetime warranty—contact info@vennassa.com and we will arrange a repair or replacement. Unusual fading of 18K gold vermeil within the first year may qualify for our 1-year re-plating service. Normal wear, accidental damage, and third-party alterations are not covered.

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Customized or engraved pieces, earrings (for hygiene), and final-sale items are not returnable unless defective. We do not offer a formal exchange system — please return and place a new order if you want a different item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility except for defective or incorrect items. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.

DDP — No Duties at Delivery

We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. You will never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery — just unbox and enjoy.

Estimated Dispatch

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–2 business days (orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT on business days are processed the same day). Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces may require up to 14 business days of production before dispatch, in addition to transit time. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships.
