How does the V-Club work?
The V-Club is our exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our Vennassa community. You earn points for every purchase and engagement with our brand, which can then be redeemed for exclusive discounts on your favorite fine jewelry pieces.
How do I join the V-Club?
Joining is seamless and completely free! Simply click on the "Account" icon at the top right of our website and select "Create Account." You will be automatically enrolled in the V-Club and instantly receive welcome points just for signing up.
Is there a membership fee to join?
Not at all. The V-Club is a complimentary loyalty program to thank our customers for their continued love and support for Vennassa.
How do I log in to my account?
You can log in by clicking the "Account" or "V-Club" link in our website's main navigation menu. Simply enter the email address and password you used to register, and you will have full access to your rewards dashboard.
I've already purchased without an account, can I get my points?
Points are automatically awarded to registered V-Club members at the time of purchase. However, if you checked out as a guest, simply create an account using the same email address within 30 days of your purchase, and then reach out to our customer support. We will gladly manually credit those points to your new account!
Earning Points
How do I earn V-Club points?
The primary way to earn is by shopping—you will earn points for every dollar spent at Vennassa. Additionally, you can earn extra points by completing easy tasks in your rewards panel, such as following us on Instagram, leaving a product review, or simply celebrating your birthday with us!
Will I earn points on shipping fees and taxes?
No, V-Club points are calculated based on the subtotal of your jewelry items only, after any discounts have been applied and excluding shipping fees and local taxes.
When will my points be added to my account?
Points from your purchases are typically in a "pending" state and will be officially credited to your V-Club balance once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our studio. Points for social media follows or account creation are credited instantly.
Do my V-Club points ever expire?
Your points will remain active as long as you make at least one purchase, or earn/redeem points within a 12-month period. If there is no activity on your account for 12 consecutive months, your points will expire.
Can I earn points for purchases made before I joined the V-Club?
Unfortunately, our system cannot retroactively apply points for orders placed before the V-Club rewards program was officially launched or before your account was created.
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem my points for a discount?
First, make sure you are logged into your V-Club account. When you are ready to checkout, you will see a dropdown menu or slider in the order summary section. Simply select the amount of points you wish to apply, and the discount will be automatically deducted from your total.
Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem?
Yes, you need a minimum of 1,000 points (which equals a HK$100 voucher) to unlock your first redemption tier.
Can I use my points along with another discount code or during a sale?
Typically, V-Club point redemption vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional codes or automatic sitewide discounts in the same order. We recommend using the option that provides you with the best value for that specific purchase.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you return a piece of jewelry, the points you originally earned from buying that item will be deducted from your balance. If you used points to pay for the returned order, those redeemed points will be safely refunded back to your V-Club account.
Can I exchange my points for cash or transfer them to a friend?
V-Club points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for discounts on future Vennassa purchases. Points are strictly tied to your personal account and cannot be transferred to another person.
