Lifetime Structural Warranty
Warranties are provided by Vennassa Co. (brand: vennassa).
Manufacturing defects under normal use are covered by a Lifetime Structural Warranty, plus a 1-Year Plating Warranty for unusual vermeil fading when Care Guide instructions were followed.
Yellow gold: 3.0μm 18K Gold Vermeil; Rose gold: 5.0μm 18K Rose Gold Vermeil, both over 925 sterling silver.

Eligible Returns
Eligible unused, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Items must be in original packaging.
Earrings: returnable within 30 days only if unused, unworn, and in original sealed packaging with hygiene seals intact.
Not returnable (unless defective or incorrectly sent): personalized / engraved / made-to-order pieces and final-sale items.
Email info@vennassa.com for an RMA before shipping anything back. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is typically paid by the customer (U.S. estimate often USD $15–35; EU estimate often EUR €15–40; trackable). We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. No restocking fee.
