This Shipping Policy is issued by Vennassa (“Vennassa”, “we”, “us”).
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to choose a restock wait or a refund for the unavailable item(s).
2. How Delivery Time Is Calculated
Total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Order Processing Time (ready-to-ship): 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UTC+8 / Hong Kong Time) on a business day start processing the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM, or on weekends / Hong Kong public holidays, start on the next business day.
- Custom / engraved / made-to-order: up to 14 business days of production before dispatch, in addition to transit time.
- Transit Time: the carrier delivery window in the table below (business days, excluding customs delays outside our control).

DDP = Delivered Duty Paid. Applicable customs duties and import fees for international DDP shipments are included in your order total where stated.
4. Restricted / Special Destinations (United States & Others)
- We do not ship to U.S. PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or parcel lockers that cannot accept courier signature deliveries.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other remote areas may require additional transit time (typically +2–5 business days) and may not qualify for standard free-shipping thresholds if the carrier surcharges apply. We will contact you before dispatch if an adjustment is required.
- If an address is incomplete or undeliverable, the order may be delayed or returned; redelivery or return shipping costs may apply.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
6. Taxes, Duties & Sales Tax
- International (DDP): Where we offer DDP, customs duties and import fees are included in the amount you pay at checkout. You should not be asked to pay extra duties on delivery.
- United States — Sales Tax: Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout based on the destination state and local tax rules. Sales tax is shown before you complete payment.
- EU / UK VAT: Where required, VAT/GST is calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination.
7. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces require up to 14 business days of production before dispatch. If an order mixes ready-to-ship and custom items, the order ships together when all items are ready, unless you request a split shipment by emailing info@vennassa.com before dispatch.
