What is Covered
We proudly offer a complimentary 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:
- Material defects in premium metals, stone settings, and craftsmanship.
- Structural integrity under responsible wear (e.g., defective clasps, loose components).
- Plating or finish defects that deviate from industry standards upon arrival.
If you encounter any manufacturing issues within your 1-year warranty period, please contact us at info@vennassa.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence. Approved warranty claims will receive a complimentary repair or product replacement.
❌ What is Not Covered
This quality warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and explicitly excludes:
- General wear and tear, natural aging of materials, or surface scratches from daily contact.
- Damage resulting from accidents, heavy pressure, physical abuse, neglect, or alteration/failed repair attempts by unauthorized third parties.
- Tarnishing or fading caused by exposure to harsh chemical elements (including perfumes, lotions, chlorine, salt water, hot springs, or heavy perspiration).
- Purchases made via online auction platforms or unauthorized resellers.
