We want you to be completely in love with your Vennassa jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we gladly offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a refund, your returned items must strictly meet the following conditions:

30-Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed logistics delivery date.

Pristine Condition: Items must be completely unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their exact original condition.

Original Packaging: All original branded luxury packaging (including outer boxes, gift cards, and velvet pouches) must be returned intact.

Customized Product Exclusion: Please note that all customized, personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces (which undergo our 14-business-day production process) are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive with a proven manufacturing defect or structural damage.

Hygienic Exception: Due to strict health and safety standards, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or structurally defective.

Final Sale: Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
The Return Process

Initiate Request: Email our dedicated support team at info@vennassa.com with your Order Number (e.g., #VNS1001) and specify your reason for return.

Receive Instructions: Upon approval, our team will provide you with the appropriate return warehouse address and localized instructions.

Ship the Item: Pack your items securely. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated international transit duties. We strongly advise using a trackable courier service (such as SF Express), as returned goods remain the sole responsibility of the customer until they are signed for by our warehouse team.
Refund Issuance & Exchange Policy

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are strictly non-refundable.

Processing Time: Once your return package is thoroughly inspected and approved by our quality control team, your refund will be issued automatically back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal) within 2 to 5 business days.

Exchanges: To maintain commercial efficiency, we do not operate a formal exchange system. If you require a different size or color, please return your unwanted item for a refund according to our policy and place a new order on our online boutique.
