2. Products, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices displayed at checkout are final. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted and confirmed. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout and in the website footer for your region. Transactions are processed in your selected currency via Shopify Markets; orders are settled from our Hong Kong operations.

We warrant that the products supplied will materially comply with their descriptions and specifications as presented on the Site.

Personalized or custom-engraved items are final sale unless defective, as described in our Refund Policy. Earrings may be returned within 30 days if unused, unworn, and in original sealed packaging with hygiene seals intact. Product warranties are described in our Warranty Information page (Lifetime Structural Warranty + 1-Year Plating Warranty).

4. Privacy

All Site content is owned by VENNASSA or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse content except for personal, non-commercial viewing. All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VENNASSA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or product warranties required by applicable law, or our express product warranties described on the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the Last Updated date.
