Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is issued by VENNASSA COMPANY ("we", "us"), operating the brand VENNASSA.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to choose a restock wait or a refund for the unavailable item(s).
We currently ship to Hong Kong SAR, the United States, and selected European Union countries only (France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Sweden). Shipping within Hong Kong is free on all orders. U.S. shipping rates are shown in USD. EU shipping rates are shown in EUR. The checkout total shown before you pay prevails.
2. How Delivery Time Is Calculated
Total delivery time = Order Processing / Production Time + Transit Time.
- In-stock / ready-to-ship: typically ships within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM UTC+8 on a business day start processing the same day. Orders after cut-off, or on weekends / Hong Kong public holidays, start on the next business day.
- Made-to-order / custom / engraved: require 7–14 business days of production before dispatch, in addition to transit time.
- Mixed orders: In-stock items and made-to-order items may ship separately or together depending on production status. Customers will be notified of the shipping schedule.
- Transit Time: the carrier delivery window in the table below (business days, excluding customs delays outside our control).
3. Shipping Destinations, Rates & Transit Times
We ship only to the destinations listed in the table below. All orders are dispatched from Hong Kong.

Destinations we do not ship to. We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside Hong Kong SAR, the United States, and the selected EU countries listed above. If an order is placed with a delivery address outside these destinations, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Carriers & Tracking
Hong Kong orders are delivered by SF Express. U.S. and selected EU orders are shipped via Shipany Premium Air DDP, with final delivery by local carriers. Tracking numbers are provided by email and can be tracked on 17TRACK or the carrier's website.
We do not ship to U.S. PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or parcel lockers that cannot accept courier signature deliveries. If an address is incomplete or undeliverable, the order may be delayed or returned; redelivery or return shipping costs may apply.
5. Taxes & Duties
- United States — Duties: U.S. orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable customs duties and import fees are included in what you pay at checkout, so you should not be asked to pay extra duties on delivery.
- United States — Sales Tax: Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout based on the destination state and local tax rules.
- Selected EU countries — Duties & Import VAT: Orders to the selected EU countries listed above ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Shipany Premium Air DDP. Applicable customs duties and import fees are included in what you pay at checkout. Applicable VAT is calculated and charged at checkout where required. You should not be asked to pay extra duties or import VAT on delivery for those shipments.
- Hong Kong: No import duties or sales tax apply to deliveries within Hong Kong.
