How custom work works at VENNASSA.

1. Share your request — Email info@vennassa.com or WhatsApp +852 5389 3128.

2. Confirm details — We confirm feasibility, pricing, and timeline (7–14 business days production).

3. Craft & quality check — 925 sterling silver with 3.0μm yellow or 5.0μm rose 18K gold vermeil where applicable.

4. Ship — Tracking provided; U.S. and selected EU orders ship DDP. Mixed orders may ship separately or together.
